If my son is kidnapped, I will rather pray for him to make heaven than pay any ransom - Governor El-Rufai says

Governor of Kaduna State El-Rufai in a statement said "If his own son was kidnapped by group of gangs, he will rather pray for him than pay a ransom for his son release.

According to a radio interview on 9th April, Governor El-Rufai who as always been on the opposite side of negotiating with bandits terrorizing the country.

Governor El-Rufai was ask on radio "If his administration will consider paying ransome to secure the release of students kidnapped by the Federal college of Forestry mechanization, Kaduna".

El- Rufai responded with the following statements;

“I mean it and I will say it again here. Even if my son is kidnapped, I will rather pray for him to make heaven instead because I won’t pay any ransom” 

According to El- Rufai his administration is not payinh any ransom to bandits but to use other method to make sure the students are bring back safely to their respective parents.
